I am educated to Masters level and hold a range of qualifications including ICF Coaching Accreditation, Organisational Development Practitioner, MBTI Practitioner, Master Facilitator, as well as holding level 7 CIPD.
I always take an organisational development approach starting with a thorough diagnosis. Time spent doing this always pays off in terms of relevance and impact.
