With over 20 years’ experience, I have worked internationally, across a range of industries and sectors in the areas of Diversity and Inclusion, Leadership Development, Facilitation and Coaching.

I bring experience that includes working across the spectrum from new employees to Executive Committees. Projects I have worked on include culture change programmes, building inclusive cultures, international leadership development, executive and team coaching, and facilitating meetings and events.

I am educated to Masters level and hold a range of qualifications including ICF Coaching Accreditation, Organisational Development Practitioner, MBTI Practitioner, Master Facilitator, as well as holding level 7 CIPD.

I always take an organisational development approach starting with a thorough diagnosis.  Time spent doing this always pays off in terms of relevance and impact.

I work with your people, processes and data in order to build a thorough understanding and be able to measure results.
