I have worked with organisations as diverse as humanitarian charities to trucking companies, working out their road map to building inclusion.  My approach is always practical, flexible and non-judgemental.  I believe that fundamentally people want to create safe and innovative cultures, but often need help in figuring out the best way to do this.
